All I Want for Christmas is to Hear Myself Think

My students need headphones to use while working on projects in order to keep the noise level down and flash drives in order to save their work and allow them to continue working at home or at their local library.

My Students

Frustration! Have you ever tried to focus on a task while everyone around you is making noise? My students feel frustrated when working on projects at the same time and having dings, rings, clicks, and clacks coming from their classmates' computers. Headphones are the end to their frustrations!

My students are knowledgable young beings.

Our school is located in a low-income high crime neighborhood in Nevada. Through all of the obstacles they face both in and out of school, our students have made AYP two years in a row, proving that they are risk takers and determined to succeed!

My Project

With these headphones my students will be able to maintain focus on their projects. The noise level will decrease and I believe they will produce better work! My students work with PowerPoint, excel, animoto, prezi, and countless other programs and websites to present their work in a more interesting manner! They will be able to save their work on flash drives which will help with lost projects and work that is accidentally deleted.

I can not express how important it is for my students to have headphones and flash drives.

They will feel less frustrated and be able to maintain their focus on the project at hand!
