A Better View With MimioView

My students need a Mimioview to go with our Mimioteach. It will allow us to quickly view documents and animal specimens with the microscope attachment.

My Students

Do you remember overhead projectors? This is much COOLER! Transparency's are out and technology is in! My students need a MimioView so we can quickly view documents related to class worksheets and with the microscope attachment, it will allow us to see our animal specimens up close and LARGE!

My students LOVE science.

"Stop looking at your kidney" was my most recent quote....they didn't want to stop the dissections. I walked into class today, and was greeted with a big, "I LOVE SCIENCE!!!" The students are interested and engaged in science and I do my best with what we have to continue their interest in this subject.

My Project

The MimioView will allow us to have a class view point of different specimens that budgets can't afford more than 1 of. It will also cut down on the time spent scanning paper documents, importing them into the computer, and uploading them to the MimioTeach.

The MimioView will not only decrease on the amount of prep time necessary for classes, it will also allow students to see a larger view of dissection specimens using the microscope attachment.

This will be a valuable tool when budgets are tight and not enough materials can be purchased for large groups of students.
