Everything I need to know, I learned in Kindergarten. This is my ninth year teaching Kindergarten, and I learn something new every day. I have a general education classroom in which 7 of my students receive services from the Early Intervention Program because they were not considered "ready for Kindergarten" based on the readiness test given at Kindergarten registration. My school is in a rural area in Georgia. We are a Title I school with a high population of low socioeconomic students, and many parents are unable to help their children at home because they work late trying to make ends meet.

About my class
