My 6th-8th grade students are extremely diverse. Over 50 different languages are spoken in our district! They are all unique individuals, but they have at least one thing in common: They desire a way to bring their unique, individual creativity to life. Our school is a place where they can feel safe and depend on each other. It's a place for them to be together and feel accepted. It's a place for them to bring their culture and learn about the cultures of their peers as well. Our school is a community.
