This is my child's neighborhood, where the schools are high poverty with many children coming from homes where English isn't spoken. The teachers are great, but they could use some extra help. These programs could make a huge difference in the academic lives of my daughter's friends!
Edited Jan 2009 - I'm adding more "special needs" programs from outside my child's school benefitting kids with autism. Extra help has made a huge difference in my daughter's life, and every child deserves the same chance!
