"Matsuri" means "festival" in Japanese, and this is the Manga Matsuri challenge! Help fund these projects to supply classroom libraries with manga, for the reluctant readers and the kids who are desperate to read more manga but can't get their hands on it because they can't afford it. (I revised the target goal amount because some of the projects got funding that wasn't through this challenge, and the discrepancy in amounts was bothering me. :D)
