Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Have you ever spent time working on a project or assignment and you run out of time? Then you find yourself having to start your project over again because you were unable to save it.

My students attend a school in California.

They are hard working students that attend a school with a large percentage of low income families unable to provide their children with the necessary materials needed to assist them with their education. My students enjoy using technology to enhance their learning, but often their work accidentally gets deleted.

My Project

As sixth grade students, my students are assigned many projects. They will use their USB drives to save their work in progress such as PowerPoints, reports, and other assignments. They will use their drives to keep track of their work and to be able to access their work at school and at home.

The donations will greatly assist our students in being able to access and complete their work in the classroom and outside of the classroom when they run out of time.

It will simplify their learning and encourage those students who often run out of time to complete their work without having to start over.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
