My Students

If you are reading this post you may be the person that can make a difference in the lives of my students!

I teach full day five year old kindergarten at a title one public school in South Carolina.

My class consists of 26 wonderful, energetic and enthusiastic students. Most of my students are eager to learn and are excited about beginning their formal school years.

My Project

Current research shows that many students in American public schools struggle with math and science. As a teacher, I know if students are just learning math and science from worksheets and textbooks, they cannot develop a great appreciation for math and science as they do with hands-on activities. For this reason, I am asking for donations of math board games,dice and a variety of literature such as non-fiction and math big books.

By providing the requested materials my students will be able to learn about math and science concepts in a fun way.

In addition,your support will allow my students the opportunity to develop a deeper appreciation and understanding of math and science. Thank you in advance for your time and support.
