My Students

Medieval history is a long way from a 2012 classroom. Art projects that correlate to our different areas of study help bring my students closer to understanding life in a medieval world.

Though mostly a middle class neighborhood, with the shape of the economy we are finding ourselves providing more and more of the necessary materials for our students to learn.

Using these materials will help facilitate further learning for those students who are hands-on learners.

My Project

Every year my students create a variety of projects to bring them a closer understanding of life in a medieval world. Whether it is a knight's shield or a samurai's diary, the students are able to use such simple materials as paper and glue to demonstrate their knowledge of history.

Seeing 5 classes a day, materials such as these go quickly.

A new supply of paper and glue will help to ensure that my students will be able to continue with the projects that previous classes have enjoyed.
