My Students

Have you ever been frustrated when trying to decide how to do something? Or look in a textbook at an example and wish you could just put your hands on the concept to explore? Well this is the chance for my 4th grade students to make learning about electricity a "SNAP!"

My students attend a public school that serves students from Kindergarten to Grade Five.

They have a natural love for science. They love hands-on activities! Many of my students perform below grade level in many subjects and struggle with Reading. I find that Science is one of the subjects they can experience success in if they are provided with activities that they can put their hands on.

My Project

The Snap Circuit sets that I am requesting will be very valuable for my students. It will allow them to be exposed to hands-on projects on multiple levels. It will also increase their knowledge of Electricity and allow them to become problem solvers. Your donation will introduce my students to the real world applications of activities to build closed circuits, series and parallel circuits, resistors, motors, and transformer to just name a few. It will also help me teach the state standards that are required.

Please help my students as I strive to empower them to "Snap To It" with their learning.

I so desire to help them demonstrate imagination and creativity as they develop realistic solutions to real world problems and designs. With the Snap Circuits all our 4th graders will benefit with hands-on activities now and in years to come. This resource will be shared with all 4th graders.
