My Students

A projector in the classroom is an important tool to help my students see and learn the lessons I teach. My current LCD projector is now over 8 years old, overheating, and probably on its last legs. Due to district cuts, the projector won't be replaced.

I teach at a gifted/high ability magnet school.

My students come from diverse ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds. During the school year we not only cover the core curriculum but also enhance this curriculum with enriching and academically challenging activities.

My Project

The LCD projector has become a vital piece of equipment in our teaching tools. The students and I use continually use it to show student work, documents, and presentations. My existing LCD is not able to turn off properly, overheats and is not likely to last much longer.

LCD projectors bring all of the technology available to us in the classroom to life.

We can show the entire class what we can see on a single piece of paper or let our students view what we see from the laptop.
