My Students

My little frogs will leap into learning with new leap pad explorers! My students need more hands-on learning experiences to learn necessary skills to be on grade level!

My students come from a low-income area where many receive free lunch.

Many are learning English as their second language. They struggle with learning as many of them come with a limited background knowledge. Many of them do not get a chance to complete their homework due to their parents being unable to help them, as they work long hours. Learning is difficult for them. When learning is fun it comes easier.

My Project

These leap pad explorers will allow students a chance to either learn skills needed for Kindergarten or practice the ones they already know in a hands-on fun way! They will be excited about learning. I would add them into a learning center they'd be able to use independently. I would track progress, which I'm sure would be immense! These resources would supply students with the technology they need to succeed!

This project is important because students could learn and practice skills in all of the subject areas with this awesome technology!

My students have very little technology coming from a low income area. These would allow students to experience technology while learning in a fun way! They would be excited about learning!

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
