My Students

We are currently living in an advanced world filled with technology but somehow are lacking technology in the classroom.

I have 24 adorable kindergartners that comes to school everyday excited to learn and interact with each other.

They all have different personal and background experiences which makes them an enjoyable group to teach. We have several kids that receive free and reduced lunch. Our school is located in Seattle, WA.

My Project

We are lacking technology in the classroom. We have a total of 3 computers with 2 of them currently not working. It breaks my heart knowing that these kids are not getting the extra resources that they need to help them learn. With the eReader, they will be able to listen to books, practice forming letters and numbers, and play educational games such as StarFall and DreamBox.

My students will be able to receive hands-on learning through the use of technology which will keep them engage and motivated to learn.

Students will be able to have experiences using technology which will help them in the later grades.
