My Students

Reading opens doors that can't be closed. Books nurture and grow futures. Remember your first favorite book?

My class is located in South Carolina.

I have twenty students in a second grade classroom. There reading levels vary from Kindergarten to 3rd grade. They are bright and caring. They simply love books and reading. They love to read stories and fantasies. They love cool science books as well.

My Project

These leveled book sets will allow me to differentiate to their reading levels. We have very few books in my classroom. I have only taught 1.2 years in second grade. I taught computer before. So I started with almost no books. Our school has no leveled books available.

This is the most important item that children need to learn.

Literacy opens the door to any career. They can learn easily with cool new books on their own levels. They love when they can pick out of a bin. Please open the door to true imagination; reading.
