My students need a projector and document camera. The equipment was stolen this morning, and it is essential for the kids to receive enough guided practice for mastery.

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
Last month, the students at our under-served school found out that they were going to lose many of their best teachers due to budget cuts. When they arrived this morning, there was glass all over the halls and equipment stolen. Please help replace our overhead projector and document camera!
My students are highly energetic and intelligent, and they live in a low-income community in California.
They are in second grade. At the beginning of the year, they read at a Kindergarten level. Now, with their hard work and can-do attitude, they are almost all on grade level for reading.
My Project
Before today, I used the document camera and projector every day of the year. I use it to review math problems, model new math problems, demonstrate reading comprehension strategies, and go over state standards. Also, I motivate the students by showing them pictures and videos related to the material we are covering in class with a projector. The projector and document camera were stolen this morning, and they are essential materials for me to teach effectively. Please help me replace the projector and document camera!
The students need these materials to be able to do well on their tests coming up!
Also, teachers will be able to use the materials for many years. It will improve the education of at least 150 students. Thank you in advance for your contribution!
