My students need 9 learning games for both Language Arts and Math to review basic skills to prepare for Formative Tests.

My Students

Learning is fun and playing games while learning makes it so much better! My students would love to have learning games to challenge their reading and math skills. They are tested in both reading and math skills and they need materials to help them prepare for the challenge.

We are a school located in North Carolina.

We are a large school with limited supplies. I am a Fourth Grade teacher who has a class of 30. My students are eager to learn and they are excited about math and reading. However, I have several students who are economically disadvantaged and therefore my students' parents are unable to supply these types of resources for our class. These resources will certainly enhance our rigorous required state curriculum.

My Project

The learning resources that I have requested will help my students as they work in Partners, Individuals, and in Groups (PIG) learning centers. I will be able to set-up learning workshop stations that will challenge my students to work and practice the skills necessary for grade promotion. My students enjoy incorporating games in our reading and math skills and they are more engaged in the learning process when it is engaging and fun. These learning games will be a win-win situation because they will be in game format and this will keep the focus on learning.

The sky is the limit when it come to learning and the mind is a terrible thing to waste.
