My Students

Please help us with the clutter. Many of my students have ADD, ADHD or Autism. They are easily distracted by the many things in my room.

My students are special needs students.

Many of them have ADD, ADHD or Autism. They are easily distracted by things in my room. Many of the kids can not focus on a learning activity if there is something on a shelve that has peaked their interest.

My Project

If I had cabinets to store materials in, the students would be able to focus better during their time in my room. Right now, activities are stored in filing cabinets and an open shelf. Students are distracted by the open shelf. They also can not choose activities from filing cabinets because it is difficult for them to see. Cabinets will make my room more organized and functional for my special needs students.

My job involves many techniques to keep children focused in the classroom.

But, it is difficult to maintain their attention in my classroom because of the many things cluttering up the small space. Closed cabinets will help this situation. Thank you.
