My Students

Wanted: Interesting and engaging resources for 2nd grade scientists.

My students are eager learners who are lacking hands on activities to really understand certain topics.

We are in Texas and are required to teach specific Science topics, but are not given the resources to do so effectively. They are always asking science-related questions but it has been impossible to help them explore and learn about science when the materials are not there for self exploration.

My Project

My students need a library of weather and force and motion books. An instant learning center, Science Quiz Game Show, Magnet Lab, and an exploring light activity kit! Your support will make it possible for my students to transform into little scientists. They will be able to explore and learn. With the quiz show they will be able to test their knowledge and challenge their classmates. Using the learning centers and labs will help them acquire the hands-on experience many learners need to make a topic concrete in their minds.

I want to be able to give each and every student the opportunity to learn as much as they can about Science.

This subject slips through the cracks too many times. With your help I will be able to provide hands on, engaging experiences for these children! Thank you for your support!!
