My Students

"Help me inspire my students with good books." Many of my students are from lower income families, who don't have a great deal of money to spend on books. Our school library is very limited and our classroom library consists of books from garage sales or discards from the library.

We struggle with funding but the strong desire for learning is there.

I want to teach my students to have a love for reading. I can do that through good books. I have students wanting to read but our classroom library is lacking good books for them to read. Many of our students are from single parent homes and just do not have the extra income to purchase books on their own.

My Project

Help me inspire my students to read good literature by donating to this project. By helping purchase books for our classroom library you will be helping a child discover the world through books. I believe that if students learn to love reading at an early age they will be encouraged to continue with their education. I believe that my student's lives will be filled with knowledge and a desire to read other books to find out things that they want to know.
