My Students

The world of technology is expanding so rapidly. Our school can't keep up with the need to supply students with the valuable tools, such as projectors, to keep them on top of the latest information available.

My students are hard working, bright children that need every advantage they can get to keep them competitive in today's education and future marketplace.

Our economic situation keeps sliding, like in so many places. These children have the potential, and I don't want to see it not be fully developed due to lack of the most up to date resources available to them.

My Project

We need a a multimedia projector to view educational info. I can't let them miss out on virtual field trips, lively motivating presentations, and interactive learning. Students can learn so much with the wealth of materials that can be accessed and presented to them in the most lively and motivating manner using a large format projection system. I've seen them, where this resource is available, just delight in coming up and writing on the white board to add to a writing project. They are enthralled with the lively, colorful presentations that are so sharp and clear that they feel like they are experiencing being in many, many places. Virtual field trips simply come to life and they are no longer limited in their understanding of places they have not had an opportunity to experience before.

This project is so important to my students because being eager to learn and succeed in their educational pursuits, we need to make every opportunity available to them to best prepare them to meet the challenges of their futures with knowledge,experience and confidence to make contributions in our ever complex and changing world.
