Special Needs Speedstacks

My students need a class set of Speedstacks in order to practice and take part in a tournament for the entire district of special needs children.

My Students

Open a whole new world for these students with special needs. Speedstacks are an activity that are easy enough for the students to achieve success, but hard enough to be challenging for all levels. I am really hoping to host a speedstacks tournament.

I am an Adaptive Physical Education Teacher and teach in 3 different schools.

I service students with special needs that can range from Autism to Downs Syndrome and everything in between. Being that my schools are barrier free, I also have many students in wheelchairs.

My Project

You are donating 15 sets of speedstacks enough for each student to have their own for class. A Timer and an anti-slide mat for tournament style competition. As well as, an easy carrying case so that I may take speedstacks with me to all of my schools.

I have seen their website and the studies having to do with being able to better focus and concentrate.

I am sure this activity can help my students in cross curricular manner for all learning and developmental levels.
