My Students

Ever been so scared and there is no one to talk to? Need a friend or guide to make it through the day?

My students are located in a high-crime high-poverty neighborhood.

Many have horrible home lives and not great mentors or parents around to guide them. Mentoring them makes them survive another day. Sometimes those days are worse then all the days an adult will ever have that they consider bad.

My Project

I truly need to connect with these students. First they need water and Sunkist to get them ready for exercise. Next I need a Mentoring book with activities to guide me. All the items need to be ready and sorted for the students in an organizer and carry-all. Next they need journals to write and draw their feelings with some ball rewards for doing the work. To decorate those they need crayons, pencils and markers. Together it will make mentoring these students easy, organized and exciting.
