My Students

I teach Special Education inclusion for Kindergarten to 4th grade. These kids become easily frustrated because learning doesn't come easy for them. They need fun and exciting ways to learn to read better!

My students require special materials to help to accommodate them in the general education classroom.

They also need a lot of differentiated instruction, which hands-on materials provide them. My students need hands-on materials for reading and math to help them learn through kinesthetic means. Students with special needs often benefit from hands-on practice these materials would provide.

My Project

My students need repetition and practice to get the core sight words in their memories. These magnetic sight words and books will help them become amazing readers. They will be able to play fun games and help each other with the magnetic words. They love to read to each other and play teacher and read to the class; this helps them read and strengthens their confidence. The math books are a two for one deal, they learn about math and become better readers all at the same time. My kids need more creative ways to learn than most others. These items that I'm asking for will help them. You will make it possible for my students to be able to improve their reading and math skills with these hands-on learning materials. You will allow them to be successful through your generosity. Please help the students with special needs at my school get the materials they need to be most successful.
