My Students

Doesn't it make you feel good to get your house organized and put together? Help my 5th grader students to feel good about their learning environment. The ability to keep things organized helps the students to learn responsibility and the organized classroom will help to make learning time for effective.

Many of our students are from low income families, they are a great group of students that are eager learners.

They love when they have a spot in the room that is their own and they are responsible for taking care of. At our school we do whatever it takes to make each student feel important and excited to be a part of our outstanding learning community.

My Project

My students need wire shelves and caddies to help organize their school supplies. The resources requested will be used to help organize our classroom. The shelves and caddies will enable us to use all of the learning space to the max. We have tables in our classroom with very little room to store each students basic school supplies including pencils, markers, scissors, etc. The organizational systems requested will help to give each student their own area.

These materials are something that will be used for years to come with my students.

They will have the opportunity to learn to organize their materials and be responsible for their own belongings.
