My Students

"Every block of stone has a statue inside it and it is the task of the sculptor to discover it," Michelangelo once said. My students will have the opportunity to create their own individual designs utilizing clay, glaze and tools. Each student will be privileged to discover art through clay.

My students are third graders who live in California.

They are creative, talented, self motivated, and eager to please. The have the potential to explore art through Doner's Choose. I hope they get this rare opportunity to examine the unique experiences of utilizing art with clay.

My Project

We will be able to create clay bowls and explore the multicultural similarities of art across the curriculum. My students will learn how to utilize glaze, clay tools and the history behind clay art. We will have this rare opportunity thanks to Doner's Choose. I hope we can get this experience.

My students will get excited about school with this hands on experience.

With this cooperative learning experience, my students will be able to explore the arts. I can't wait to contribute to their adventure.
