My Students

Each student deserves to have daily educational experiences that are as unique as they are.

My students are a diverse group of learners ranging from a student who is just learning English to a few who are just learning to read all the way to second graders that can read at the fifth grade level!

Our school is a unique place with students coming from five continents. My students speak over ten different languages at home. Each and every student comes to school ready to learn and full of energy.

My Project

My goal by bringing two HP Netbook Computers into my classroom is to give each student an opportunity to grow academically by working on an educational topic as unique as they are. A student who needs more time practicing telling time can spend twenty minutes on the computer practicing that skill. A student who is identifying nouns can spend their daily computer time practicing that skill. Students can edit videos we've made from our Flip Cams, type their stories and utilize the vast resources of the Internet. Each student will be able to work on exactly what skills they need to focus on.

By providing my students with two HP Netbook Computers you are giving every student in my class the opportunity to have an educational experience that is catered towards them.

My students are destined for wonderful things and your generous gift will help insure that they keep there!
