Let's Step into Keats' Neighborhood

My students need Ezra Jack Keats books for read alouds and an author study.

Our class is looking to step into Ezra Jack Keats' neighborhood. Keats' books are full of great, rich literature perfect for read-alouds. I teach a Kindergarten inclusion classroom with both general and special needs students working together. My students with special needs have delays in speech and language development. All of my students love listening to great books.

I have a class full of Kindergarten readers who love to listen and enjoy great books. Unfortunately, I am starting to run out of great books to read to my students.

My students loved reading Snowy Day and would enjoy spending more time studying and listening to Ezra Jack Keats books. His books are full of rich characters and they are alive with enjoyable stories. Keats books are simply put, a perfect way to engage students in rich and enjoyable literature.

We are looking forward to reading more Ezra Jack Keats books. So, please help us make this a reality! Your donation will give my students wonderful stories to listen to, enjoy and study. Thank you for helping us take a walk into Keats' neighborhood.
