Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

I am a Biology teacher of 10th grade students who need visual aids and hands on tools to assist them with understanding the natural world.

We are located in the inner-city and are unable to allow students the opportunity to explore nature....untouched.

We need a terrarium and all the natural inhabitants that are associated with it to enhance student understanding of ecosystems.

This will be a life-changing experience for many of my students because they have no ability to infer about anything other than technology. This gives them the chance to see for themselves that everything is connected.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
