Murals to Celebrate Student Achievements!

My students need a roll of canvas, a roll of floorcloth canvas, and a set of stretchers to create some fabulous murals to celebrate their accomplishments in school!

I teach art at a public special education center for emotionally disturbed children. I lead an arts-integrated program which incorporates social studies, science, math and health content area into hands-on activities for my special needs elementary school children.

We have a positive behavior incentive program in place to help children manage their behavior. I want to lead children in some activities to brighten the school environment on a large scale so that children can have pride in their school. I have paints, but nothing to paint them on!

The canvas rolls will allow me to create several murals with students, both in class and as a pull out incentive for regular school attendance and good behavior management. The murals will become a large, visual reminder of our great kids' accomplishments that students will see every day.

Help us to celebrate our students, reward them for their great work, and make our school beautiful!
