Mmmmmmm! Do you remember the smell of your favorite old classroom? Do you remember the fun things you did in school or class? Do those memories bring back smiles? Do you remember the fun things you did with your teacher or in the school? Well, my students will remember their third grade teacher as the most vibrant and scented educated, because I make education smell and taste good like a Georgia Peach.

When my kids come to school and enter in my class, they are eager to know what they are going to learn about, and they always ask me "what are we going to make or do today?". My class is so exciting that other children want to join in on the fun and experience the five senses of my class. However I need help to continue to make education smell like a million bucks and keep that smell vibrant and alive. I need fun board games that help the kids continue to enjoy learning. I want the kids to feel like their at grandma's house eating warm freshly baked cookies and learning life long lessons that will melt in their brains. These memories will always come alive with the warm touches of life. I am a teacher that does everything to make classroom experience memorable. I will borrow games,make homemade games,or make up abstract games for my kids to play while fresh popcorn is popping in my old popcorn maker in the back of the classroom. Sometime we will make old fashion ice cream for a science lesson and eat the ice cream while we play a game.

If my kids could have certain games like Scrabble(where they make words and work on their spelling), Sorry (To practice counting), Monopoly (It helps the children count money and develop quick addition skills), Yahtzee, Boggle, Shutter Box, Uno, King's Corner, Ned's Head, and Pictionary, it would assist me with helping the kids learn certain skills, and they could have the luxury of having fun in school.

Your help will make it possible for my students to have a home away from home. My school has a high rate of low income students, and broken homes. I want my kids to have something in life that is solid, concrete and doesn't ask anything of them. Education is free, knowledge is free, fun is free,and life is free, but a great teacher with learning materials is hard to find and may cost more.
