My students need 8 bongo drums to work on African Drum Circles!

Everybody jungle to the beat! I am a music teacher at a brand new charter school in a low income area with no resources and a limited budget.

My students love to keep the beat and create rhythms. With very few instruments, however, it is difficult to challenge their rhythmic creativity.

With just 8 bongo drums, we can begin studies in African Drum Circles. Playing percussion instruments can help develop hand-eye coordination, rhythmic proficiency, and math proficiency.

You can help make a difference for these underprivileged youths by bringing the joy of drumming into a child's life!
