Our class room is a very pleasant one. Being a first year teacher is a great experience and I wish to continue to expand my students’ skills and ability. I need help though. Our school is a fortunate one, but there are some things we still lack. Unfortunately, a technology gap exists between schools such as ours and schools with a wealth of resources. Even so, our students are top notch and deserve a bridge to cross the gap or rope of sorts to scale the wall. We do many activities in class to reinforce our learning, but we don’t have access to web/computer based learning. Some students have limited access at home, but most do not. It is our class goal to have a fully functioning, tech savvy, 4th grade class room by year end. In order to meet this goal, my students need two laptop computers to access web-based references for reports and interactive computer activities. Your support will not go unused and unappreciated. We guarantee it.
