Learning the Write Way

My students need an upper and lower case set of learning letters and tactile letters, 20 lap chalk boards, chalk, and a class set of word spacers.

I am the proud teacher of 19 wonderful kindergarten students. I have eager to learn students who are working against many odds. Many of my students come from low income homes. Most of my them come from single parent homes. Their parents work hard to provide the bare essentials for them.

We have been working on how to form and write our letters this year. Some of my students are still struggling with this skill. I know what my students need to help them with this skill, but our school does not have the funds to provide them for us.

I would like for my class to have a set of learning letters (upper and lower case), a set of upper and lower case tactile letters, chalk boards and chalk, and a set of word spacers. All of these will provide my students with extra practice with writing their letters and words.

Please help these eager learners feel successful in their writing abilities by donating to this project. Through your donation, you can help these students build a firm foundation in writing that will help them be successful in the future!
