Imagine middle school students in a high poverty/risk area excited about learning! Thanks to a recent grant, our middle school general music class will have the opportunity to learn music on 15 brand new guitars! However, this past year and in the foreseeable future, our school's budget doesn't allow for funding of supplies in the music classroom. With 74% of our student population on free or reduced lunch there's just no way I can ask my students to help pitch in a few dollars to cover extra supplies and give them the most opportune musical experience.

Because the grant will cover 15 brand new guitars and nothing else, we are in need of the replacement strings and picks to complete the learning experience.

Your donation will afford our students the necessary materials for replacing broken strings and the ability to practice proper technique, bringing out the rock star living within each of us!
