I teach high school environmental science and biology. We are a public school looking to increase student involvement in the community and in the health of the planet. I am heading the "green team" and need your help in getting started!

We do not have the funds to start the recycling program but are very eager to do so. Every day my students ask when we will be starting to recycle as they are sick of seeing all the plastic bottles go into the trash.

We need the initial investment of the bins for collecting the bottles. Once in progress, we will help to raise awareness and move to other "greening" projects in the cafeteria and in the school. We hope to put a huge dent in the amount of waste our school produces.

Your generous donations would show my underprivileged students that there are people out there that care for them and for the environment as well, empowering them to "pay it forward."
