"I am a first grade teacher who currently has 26 students in my classroom. My school consists of students who live in a high need community and require materials to help them aid in their learning process.

The problem that I am facing in my classroom is that I am a former third grade teacher and all of my materials are for third grade. I have acquired a lot of materials for first grade on my own. However, if I had a leveled library for my students, it would help them become better readers.

My students are excited about reading, but I do not have enough books that would allow students to take books home and read them in class. I would love to create a classroom library in which students could have a plethora of materials to choose from.

In order to prepare for students for the rest of their life as successful readers, I would need a leveled library. This leveled library would provide books for all of the diverse reading levels in my classroom. The books would be used as part of my in-class and lending library. Which would allow my students an opportunity to read at home at their leisure.

If my classroom were to receive a leveled library, students would be able to receive additional support at home with a book on their level that they could read with ease. In addition, there would be enough copies of a specific level so that students can read a variety of books at the current level they are reading at. By donating to my classroom, you will make it possible for ALL of my students to succeed. By providing books for them to read at school and at home they will increase their chances of becoming superb readers. HIDE

My students need a leveled library of 1 book bins, from levels A-K. The cost of this proposal is $511, which includes shipping for any materials requested and fulfillment ?."
