As a middle school PE teacher I know how important it is to gets students involved in fitness at an early age to help fight childhood obesity.

Due to the fact that my school is not a Title I school and with recent cut backs, the funding to help improve the quality of our PE program is no longer available. Students have limited resources to help improve their overall fitness levels.

By teaching the students fun and enjoyable ways to move with the agility ladders and speed and agility drills, students can be introduced to the activity of running and fun and simple ways to make them more proficient at running. This can help them as they prepare for the Presidential Physical Fitness Test.

Your help will help to ensure that students are given the opportunity to excel in a variety of fitness activities, to include improving overall fitness and Presidential Physical Fitness Award winners. In today's society, a little reward can go a long way toward a brighter and healthier tomorrow.
