Hello. I teach the most wonderful students in the world. My students all have multiple disabilities and love going to school. They make each day a precious gift and I'm so fortunate to be their teacher. These students live in a poverty stricken area on top of all the mental and physical challenges they face daily. We all (including myself) take so much for granted (talking, walking, writing, etc.). These students take nothing for granted and really could use your help.

My students really need some picture books to enable them to comprehend the story. They are extremely excited about the possibility of some new picture books and really hope that someone is willing to fund this project for them. You will never know the impact that you can make on these students. If you can help at all, then please give to these students.

These students want some new picture books that they can enjoy. The following books have great pictures and stories as the students picked them out themselves. They are: Monster Math, The Monster Who Did My Math, Curse of The Campfire Weenies: And Other Warped and Creepy Tales, 100 Monsters in My School, Would I Trade My Parents?, Where the Wild Things Are, Puff the Magic Dragon, Cloudy With A Chance of Meatballs, The Witch Who Was Afraid of Witches, Arnie, The Doughnut, There’s Something There!, I Stink!, Go Away, Big Green Monster, Frog in space, Mike Mulligan and His Steam Shovel, Tickle Monster, In a Dark, Dark room and Other Scary Stories, and Since We’re Friends: An Autism Picture Book. Please help give these students their wish for new picture books. Thanks so much!

Your help will ensure that my students are able to enjoy reading books with wonderful pictures. Half of my students need to look at pictures while a story is read to them. You can enable them to have some new books to enjoy! I always assure them that people do care and there is still a lot of good in the world. Please help me show this to them by funding this project.
