Hello! I teach music to students from PK to 5th grade in a Title 1 school in rural Tennessee. Our school is small and our music program receives minimum funding. We have over 75% of our students on free or reduced lunch. The diverse kids in this school are so appreciative and eager to learn about everything, especially music!

The students at our school have shown an increasing interest in how music and technology come together, particularly composing and creating on their own. We will be able to reinforce many other subject areas through this program. This music technology will allow them to record their creations so they may be shared with others.

I would love to be able to begin a program with the Acid Pro Software. The program is very user friendly and students in all grade levels can participate as a class or individual. With a USB microphone, we can also record student voices and sound effects to use in the performance! The music loops enable the students to have a wide variety of musical possibilities within their masterpiece.

Creating opportunities for them to succeed is a top priority in our school. Your generosity will enable them to increase their ability in not only music, but also literature, social studies, reading and math. With your help, you will make it possible for my students to create something of which they can be really proud!
