My students need a storage unit so they can place their outdoor shoes in.

Rainy days in Oregon and no custodian! I teach 4th grade to 28 students in a high-need community. our school has 92% poverty and over 50% speaking a different language.

Due to budget cuts, we lost our custodian. It is up to the teachers and students to keep their classroom clean. Because of the many days of rain in Oregon, kids track mud into the classroom. I want students to get fresh air and exercise but the mud makes it impossible to clean!!!

I want to receive a storage unit so I can keep their outdoor shoes in them. Japanese schools do not have custodians but keep their rooms clean by taking off their outdoor shoes when they enter the classroom. This will ensure maximizing student learning and less cleaning!

Your help will ensure that my students are using all of their class time focused on hands-on learning dealing with academics and less time cleaning. This project can jump start my school and classroom in keeping it clean.
