"We need to reach the "i" generation!! I teach 8th grade English, and it can be challenging trying to keep up with new technology. We are always looking for innovative ways to excite students to reach their fullest potential in literacy development which includes reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
We do not have the supplies to reach this goal. The students have a desire to put their mark on their world in unique ways. We would like to take advantage of some of those unique opportunities by sharing the written word through Voice Thread, Photo Story, and pod casting. The students will use the headset/microphone to read text or comment on text. You will make it possible for them to express themselves and enjoy the learning experience! HIDE My students need 14 sets of headphones with a microphone.
