Attention! Read all about it! A second grade teacher in Virginia is looking for a bookstand to display student-written books.

I love to turn my students into authors! Each year my students write books on Egypt, China, Native Americans, a book about themselves, and an ABC book detailing what they learned during second grade. The students love reading each other's books and sharing their finished projects.

I would love to display my students' books in a bookstand. Each book would stand up and the cover would face out for everyone to see. Before I used baskets and it was difficult to see the covers on each book. Parents, teachers, and students will all enjoy the display of books written by the authors in my class!

Your donation will help build my students' self esteem! I can't wait to see my students' faces light up when they see their books displayed for everyone to see! Thank you for taking the time to read my proposal!
