I teach 7th grade Integrated Science and 8th grade Geoscience in a community whose science lab funds has just been slashed to zero.

With no money for lab supplies, we have had to get very creative in teaching hands-on science and still deliver plenty of labs. I feel strongly this is the best way to learn science.

We will be learning about the geologic time scale and supplies such as these tree cookies will allow me to bring dendrochronology and the techniques that some scientists use to learn about our past to life.

Your donation will allow my students to learn important concepts while having fun doing science and to create memorable learning moments that will stick with them for life!
