We Love Music

I have the honor and privilege of working with a wonderful group of special needs students who are between the ages of 11 and 15. I absolutely adore my students and would do anything for them. Our entire school serves only students with the most profound mental and physical disabilities.

My students love music. I mean they really, really love music. Music serves as a motivator, a reward, and a positive mood changer within my room. Problem is that my students have used and enjoyed their current CD player so much that it now skips when it plays CDs.

My students could really use a brand new CD player! I can not find one similar to our old one anywhere. The reason why this CD player I selected for this proposal is so important is because our old one was similar and the students already know how to use that one independently.

Help! I don't know what my students are going to do if this CD player does not get replaced. I would be happy to buy them a new one but the ones I can afford do not promote independence. Buying a cheap CD player is not a good idea because my students will use it so much. Please consider helping us out! We really appreciate it!
