I teach 7th and 8th grade reading in a high-need community. Our school includes learning support students in our classrooms as well as autistic students.

In my reading class, many times I want to show students how an author or another student crafted their writing or a piece of literature and I don't want to waste paper making copies of the writing sections to show them.

By having an Elmo projector in my classroom I would be able to put the exemplar work under the projector and show the students the work. The students would be able to see the example and to model the example. We would be able to save copier costs and paper ... Going Green is a good thing!

Your help will ensure that my students can see quality writing and literature so that they can model that work as well as help us Go Green!
