Deaf Connecting with Deaf

My students need an LCD projector.

I teach middle and high school deaf children in an inner city public school. All of the students in my class receive free or reduced breakfast and lunch.

Deaf learners are very visual learners. Through the use of an LCD projector, a webcam and the Internet we will be able to do distance learning with other deaf students through out the USA.

We need an LCD projector that we can connect to our computer that will allow us to video conference with other deaf students and adults through out the USA.

By providing our classroom with an LCD projector, you will be allowing our students to connect with positive, deaf role models as well as communicate and do distance learning projects with other deaf students in our state as well as other states.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
