I am a teacher in a small rural school and I enjoy engaging students in interesting and informative lessons. Our school currently does not have the technology necessary for the type of investigations I would like to explore with my students in Global Studies I and II, Government and Economics.

For two years I have discussed with students possibilities of doing "video" projects in my classes. We do not have a working digital video camera in our school and I am trying to allow students to be creative and try out something new.

I know that my students would strive for excellence if they had a digital video camera. A digital video camera would greatly enhance my students' potential to create exciting, relevant video projects.

Supporting my proposal will not only help my classes but my whole school. My school is in need for as many technological resources it can find. You the donor can be a huge part of the solution for turning my classes and school into innovative, problem solving, creative, and up to date centers of learning.
