Creating A Love Of Writing

My students need 35 personal journals to help develop a love of writing. In the past, the kids would use spiral notebooks that would fall apart by the end of the year. A nice hard bound journal for each of my school children would be greatly appreciated. I want to have something special that will last throughout time. I love journal writing, and because I do, they do.

By having a quality journal, my students will have the opportunity to develop a love of writing.

There are no funds available for a quality journal. The joy of "free writing" in a journal has been helpful for encouraging writing skills.

My dream is to provide my school children with a quality journal that won't fall apart (i.e. spiral notebooks). Because I love writing in my journal, the kids pick up on that and enjoy it as well. I know that journals will be greatly appreciated by the students as well as myself.

You will make it possible for my students to have a piece of history about themselves while teaching them the importance of writing and developing writing skills.
