I teach 6th grade and the students are engaged in learning about world history, space, fractions, and essays.

Imagine being in a school where as a recent college graduate, the more experienced teachers are asking me how to record from one VCR to another VCR.

Honestly, I just hung my head and said, guys, we need some 21st century equipment. A digital camera in my class would just be a blessing from heaven. We would be able to do so much, photo journalism, classroom newspapers with photos, pictures of students of the month. This camera would also aid my students in their learning about math, science, culture, and community building.
