My students need 30 hard hats for a class trip to a rock collecting mine and in class while they are conducting experiments in their rocks and minerals science kit.

Third grade science students in a moderately low income school needing some inspiration to become the geologists of the future.

With the constant battle of Turning students on to learning I try and come up with interesting solutions to the "boring-ness" of school. The obstacle that I am facing is that as creative as the science kits are I am still losing some interest in students. I need them to actually feel as if they are a real geologist.

These hard hats will really benefit my children because it is one more piece of the puzzle that I am trying to finish so that children love to learn. They can wear these hats with pride and say "I LOVE TO LEARN". The children will be wearing these hard hats everyday during science class as well as on their rock collecting field trip.

You will help to ensure that children love to learn about rocks and minerals. Just think you could be turning one of these students into rock loving geologists that could find the next gold mine!
